AJILE Tutorial

1 Install AJILE (one click)

1. Download the installer from the download page (or the link in your trial email).
2. Double-click it. If Windows shows a SmartScreen prompt, click More info → Run anyway.
3. The installer finds every CorelDRAW version on your PC automatically and installs the macros + toolbar.
4. When it asks for your license key, paste the key from your trial email.

2 Activate your license key

1. Your key looks like JM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and arrives by email when you start the trial.
2. Paste it during install, or the first time you run the macro inside CorelDRAW.
3. AJILE checks it online and locks it to this PC. You won't be asked again.

3 Find the AJILE toolbar

• Open CorelDRAW after installing. The AJILE toolbar appears at the top with Jersey Generator and Quick Export buttons.
• If you don't see it: go to Tools → Options → Workspace → Import and select AJILE_WORKSPACE_2026.cdws, then restart CorelDRAW.
• You can also run it manually via Tools → Macros → Run Macro → JerseyGenerator.

4 Generate a jersey

1. Click Jersey Generator on the AJILE toolbar and the dashboard opens.
2. Pick your base template, set the colours and add your team logo.
3. Enter the squad: each player's name, number and size.
4. Click generate. AJILE lays out front/back jerseys, shorts and sleeves for the whole team.

5 Size charts & name/number stickers

• Use the size-chart tools for jersey, shorts, sleeves and logos, in standard or custom sizes.
• The sticker generator lays out every name, number and size sticker ready to print.
• Build a sample/approval sheet to send the client before printing.

6 Quick Export the order

1. Open Quick Export from the toolbar.
2. Choose your format and DPI preset (settings are remembered).
3. Export the full job in one go, with no manual export dialogs.
