AJILE vs Canva Bulk Create

Canva's Bulk Create is quick for social posts and simple prints. Production team wear asks for more.

Canva Bulk Create is good for mock-ups and simple single-size prints. Print shops making full sublimation kits with several sizes get production-ready files faster from CorelDRAW with AJILE.

How Canva does it

Bulk Create, available on Canva's paid plans, connects text fields in a design to columns in a spreadsheet you upload or type in. Canva then makes one page per row. Every page uses the same layout and size.

How AJILE does it

AJILE builds garment pieces, not pages: front, back, shorts and sleeves per player, each fitted to that player's size. Quick Export writes JPG files at your printer's DPI, named and sorted by size or category.

A 20-player order, both ways

In Canva: set up the back design, connect the name and number fields to the spreadsheet with Bulk Create, and generate 20 pages. Every page has the same size, so you either accept one panel size for everyone or make a separate design per size. Long names need checking page by page, then you download the pages and rename the files for the printer.

In CorelDRAW with AJILE: load the roster into the template and run. Each player's pieces are built at their size, long names are fitted, shorts and sleeves are included, and the files come out named by size and part.

Which one should you use?

Teams designing their own kit idea, or a club making a social post with every player's name, will find Canva quicker to learn. A print shop that sells team wear every day needs production files at exact sizes, and that is the job CorelDRAW and AJILE are built for.
