Madurai's printing work
Madurai is the commercial centre of southern Tamil Nadu, and Sivakasi, about 75 km away, is known across India for printing. Designers in this belt are used to high volumes and tight deadlines. Festival groups order matching T-shirts with names, and colleges and schools order team sets for meets.
Festival and event orders often come with a name list on WhatsApp and a deadline of the next morning. AJILE turns that list into finished files in one run, so the press can start early.

Season around Madurai
Kabaddi and cricket tournaments are common in the villages around Madurai, with peaks around Pongal and the April-May holidays. School and college meets run from November to February.
Tip for festival group orders
Festival groups often send names with titles and initials, such as 'R. Murugan' or 'K.P. Selvi'. Decide on one style with the customer and clean the sheet once before running it, because AJILE prints exactly what is in the cell. Five minutes of cleaning saves reprinting a mislabelled shirt on the morning of the festival.
