What counts as a qualified estimate appointment
  • The contact is a confirmed homeowner (not a renter or tenant)
  • They are inside your service area / the targeted radius
  • They have a real, stated need — not idle curiosity or a price-shopper
  • They are a decision-maker who can approve the job
  • They agreed to a specific appointment time with valid contact details

You approve or reject each appointment within 24 hours. Anything that fails these checks does not count — so you only ever pay for opportunities worth a truck roll.

How does the pay-on-delivery model work?

You fund the ad spend on your own Meta account; we build and run the campaigns and follow up every lead within ~5 minutes. We're paid on delivered, qualified estimate appointments — with a small onboarding fee to build and launch. You approve or reject each appointment within 24 hours.

Why do I fund the ad spend instead of paying Upsky for it?

So there are never any "where did my $3k go" disputes. The budget stays on your own card in your own account, you can see every dollar in Meta, and if you pause, your card stops — not ours. We get admin access to manage, but never touch the money.

What's the onboarding fee for?

It covers building and launching your campaigns — offer, audiences, creative, tracking and the speed-to-lead system — and filters out tyre-kickers. After launch, the rest of our fee is success-based on delivered appointments.

What if an appointment isn't actually qualified?

You flag it within 24 hours with a reason and it doesn't count. A qualified appointment must be a homeowner, in your service area, with a real need, a decision-maker, and a specific agreed time. No retroactive month-end disputes.

Is there a long contract?

No long lock-in. We recommend a 90-day optimisation window so the campaigns can get through Meta's learning phase, but the agreement stays month-to-month.
