Hosur's industrial orders
Hosur is a major manufacturing centre, with automobile, two-wheeler and watch makers among its employers. Their staff sports days and inter-department leagues produce large named orders, often split by department or shift.
Big lists are where manual typing breaks down. Split the company's list by department, paste each into AJILE, and each department's files export separately, ready to pack and hand out.

Season
Company sports days cluster in the cooler months from November to February. Cricket leagues run most of the year.
Tip for department-wise orders
Ask the company's HR team for a department column, filter by it in Excel, and paste each department into AJILE separately. Name each export folder after the department. On delivery day, each department's bag is already sorted.
