Surat's synthetic textile base
Surat is India's largest centre for synthetic fabrics, especially polyester, and has a huge weaving, processing and digital printing industry. Sublimation team wear is printed on exactly this kind of fabric.
Surat printers who sell team wear to resellers in other states need quick, error-free artwork for many small orders. AJILE gives each reseller's roster its own run and exports files named by size and player.

Season
Cricket and box cricket lead locally, and reseller orders follow the national cricket peak from November to January. Navratri adds group T-shirts.
Tip for sublimation output
Sublimation RIPs prefer large, flat images at the exact print size. Set AJILE's export resolution to what your RIP expects, often 150 to 300 DPI for jerseys, and keep the colour profile consistent with your test prints. Files come out named by size and player, ready to queue.
