Why size counts go wrong
- Sizes typed in different ways, such as "XXL" and "2XL". Agree one label per size with the team.
- Kids and adult sizes mixed without a clear label. Use numbers for kids sizes and letters for adults.
- Late additions not added to the sheet. Keep the roster as the single source of truth.

Why count sizes before printing?
Fabric is cut and printed by size. A size count tells the floor how many panels to cut and print, and shows mistakes before fabric is used.
Does it work with kids sizes?
Yes. Any size label is counted, including numbers like 26 or 30 and codes like YS or YM.
