Kannur's textile and print trade
Kannur is known for its handloom cooperatives, which weave furnishing fabrics for export. Its printers serve North Malabar's football clubs and schools, and many families have members in the Gulf who order team wear for community teams on both sides.
Football kits here usually carry the number on the back, front and shorts. AJILE fills all three from the same roster line and sizes each for the player.

Season
Football leads, with sevens tournaments in the dry season from November to May. Theyyam season and school meets add local event orders.
Tip for Gulf community teams
Community teams with players in the Gulf sometimes order kits in Kannur to send abroad. Agree sizes against your own size chart before printing, because Gulf players often quote sizes from other brands. A quick photo of a jersey they own, laid flat with a tape measure, settles it.
