Paste any list into the free roster template to clean it and check for duplicate numbers, then download it as CSV.
Rules to send with the form
- One player per row, typed, no photos of paper lists.
- Write names exactly as they should print.
- Pick sizes only from the size chart you send.
- No duplicate numbers.
- Changes after the confirmed date are charged as a new order.
Send a size chart with the form
Most size mistakes come from guessing. Attach your size chart, or make one with the size chart maker, and ask players to measure a shirt they already own.
From form to print files
A clean roster goes straight into production. With AJILE, the same sheet the team filled in becomes every player's jersey file in CorelDRAW, so what the team typed is exactly what prints.
Questions
Should I use Google Forms for team orders?
It works for collecting one row per player. Make name, number and size required fields, and give size as a dropdown so labels stay consistent.
Who should fill in the roster, the coach or each player?
One person, usually the manager, should own the final list. Players can submit details, but one person confirms spellings and numbers.
When should I lock the order?
Before artwork starts. After that, treat changes as a new small order with its own deadline.
